Change your music's tempo and pitch in realtime quick and easy. Just select an audio file, mark the region you want to play (and loop/repeat) and change speed and pitch on the fly.
It is also possible to export the changed audio file.
Use cases of Audio Speed Changer are for instance: practicing guitar and other music instruments, transcriptions, change the speed of audiobooks...

This version is optimized for the iPad. iPad 2 or newer are highly recommended due to low resources of the iPad 1st generation.

Note:
- Extreme pitch and tempo changes (for instance 24 semi-tones, which is quite a lot!) can lead to noise.
- Voice reduction quality depends on the input. It works best with little compressed music and assumes that voice was recorded in mono and later mixed into the stereo channels (which is the case for a lot of music recordings)

Good & Bad

When it's working, it does what you expect it to do, but it does tend to crash a lot.

It seems to only play files with the old PC names (01_song.m4a).

I've paid for the advanced features & since then I found you could save, but it won't play the files it saved. It crashes then as well. I've had to reinstall it 3 times so far in the first 30 minutes of use.

Also, unless you switch on LOOP, you will lose the last part of the file. Maybe you have to have a few seconds of dead air recorded at the end. I'm hoping to use it for slowing down English talking for my Spanish students.

It shows up in itunes, so you can drop files in that way, which is the easy option.

I'm using an ipad 3 with 5.1 & the description does say it will work with that. It should work without these glitches!!!

CORRECTION:

It does not do what you want, if your recording is over 1 sec 900ms. Totally F-ing useless!!!!!!!!

Muy útil si aprendes música

Descargué la app por ser la única que encontré que permitía cambiar la afinación y la velocidad de los archivos de música de mis clases de música, después de unas semanas muy contento adquirí la versión premium para desbloquear el resto de características y estoy bastante satisfecho con la app (no entiendo la gente que dice que no hay cambio al pagar, hay muchas cosas nuevas). La única pega es que algunas veces cuando paro la música o cambio de canción la aplicación de cierra y tengo que volverla a abrir, pero como guarda las modificaciones tampoco es mucho drama. Espero que la actualicen más a menudo
