Backtrack - Record the Past 4+

Funciona correctament però...

Permet recuperar el so gravat davant de l'ordinador segons la configuració que s'hi faci.

No li dono les 5 estrelles per:

1) Principalment utilitzo el meu MacBook en posició tancada (clamshell) i el micro intern està desactivat en aquesta posició (o sigui s'ha d'utilitzar amb la pantalla oberta per que pugui gravar)

2) No grava el so del participants en una videoconferència (Google Meet) grupal de feina (aquest és el principal us que li volia donar: poder repassar el dit en cas de necessitat).

Amazing app, could get even better

I love the app, really useful for lectures but I would suggest implementing a scheduler, so it only pasively records audio within certain hours of the day (so for example I could configure it for only those hours of the day I'm at university ie From monday to Friday from 8:30am to 16:30pm)

Terrible Change on bussiness

Everytime I open my PC I get prompt up with a pop up that anoyes me a lot, ther's no way to remove it, they want to do a subscription based app of your prvate recordings.
I don't want my private recordings to go on the cloud, I want to have everything local only, that's why im not gonna upgrade the app ever again, I downgraded to the latest good version 1.6, and ill stay there until the app will no longer work.

Its sad to see this changes on such a good app.
(all just for fast and easy money intead of trusty bussiness)

Hey Roby - appreciate you letting me know and sorry about the pop-up you keep getting. Would love to help you get squared away. Let me also clear up the new version and why there will be an optional cloud subscription:

Just to get it out of the way, the way you've been using Backtrack will ALWAYS be free. I want to make sure you're taken care of as a user who's been with us for a while now.

Recording up to 5 hours of audio in the past and directly saving to your machine (with no cloud) will remain the same and not require a monthly subscription. Also, recordings will NOT touch the internet unless someone decides to hit "Upload" (the direct save option will remain in app too).

Likewise, for the last 3 years Backtrack has been a one-time payment (and even free at some points) and we've been thrilled to do it! However, it's not sustainable for us as a business. To better serve folks like yourself we have to open up this option to be able to keep the business alive.

There will be an *optional* monthly cloud option for those who want it, but not required to enjoy the functionality that's always been in the app.

I can promise you this small team isn't here to make a quick dollar, we genuinely care and want to keep the business running.
