You can now set daily limits (up to €/£ 20,000) on payments from eligible accounts. Also, Republic of Ireland customers who are primary credit cardholders can now permit additional cardholders to see more details, including real time balance and statements for the card.

Useless app
Very slow and so many bugs. I left BOI coz the app. It’s really frustrating
The Demon App from Hell
It’s so bad I couldn’t begin to describe it.
If it just didn’t work at all it would be bad enough, but it lures you into a circular process of registering your device which has a 4 hour wait time … and THEN it doesn’t work. I ended up with the same iPhone registered 4 or 5 times, and I still couldn’t login. Giving 1 star because zero ir negative is not an option.

Hi there, there is a security wait time of up to 4 hours when the app is reinstalled and registered. Please power off your device to restart the App. If you continue to experience issues please contact us on 0818200362 between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Thanks, Anna
Biometric login ??
How is it possible that in 2022 this app still doesn’t have any biometric login option ??
