BE FREE is a new training that allows you to test the functionality of your fasciae - and in case of limitations - to treat them with fascial swing movements. By means of a free 10-minute test, you will examine the mobility of your fascial chains. Depending on your personal results, limitations in fascial health - such as tight or sticky fasciae that can cause tension, immobility and pain - will become apparent.
The fascial swing movements can be acquired by in-app sales. Get your individual training mix according to the test results. It consists of exercises for your imbalances and further swing movements that help you in maintaining your fascial health and fitness. Alternatively, you can have the workout designed according to your limitations or complaints, such as headaches or neck pain. The workout takes round about 10 minutes and can be done anywhere.
