This app steals your money. Very bad customer service
A pitiful app that steals your money. I made a cancellation (following the cancellation policy or doing it minutes before the starting minute), and no money reimbursed. I contacted customer service (Mike), and after kind reminders to send me reimbursement, no answers whatsoever. Pitiful…
