Description
The new Bizkaibus app has an intuitive and simple design. You can carry out an open search for the desired route by selecting an origin and a destination and you will find detailed and updated information on the available routes and the estimated duration of the entire journey.
You will have the option of customising the app by selecting the lines and stops that you use most frequently, with easy access to all the information related to them (waiting times, routes, incidents on the lines…).
You can scan the QR code that you will find at each stop to see the waiting times instantly. Quick and easy.
Get updated information on incidents on the lines, special services, pricing changes and any warning or alert related to Bizkaibus routes. In the new app you will also find a space designed exclusively to collect your questions, opinions and suggestions.
You may have some questions at first. Consult the help section to understand how it works and familiarise yourself with the different options available to you.

Poco util
La funcionalidad mas interesante, que es la de ver cuanto tarda en pasar algun autobús por una parada, hace meses que no funciona. Ni actualizando la aplicación. En la web tampoco cargan las frecuencias, y eso cuando consigues que cargue la web, porque debe cargar todos los datos de golpe y se queda demasiado rato sin responder: cuando te olvidas de ella, te pones a hacer otras cosas y vuelves, es cuando ves que ha cargado las paradas. Con lo sencilla y practica que era y ahora no vale para casi nada.
No funciona correctamente desde hace meses
Lleva desde hace meses que no funciona la función de “próxima llegadas” de las paradas seleccionadas. Ahora es imposible saber en qué momento va a llegar el autobús, algo que es muy útil según para que paradas necesites coger el bus, ya que hay paradas en zonas que están en mitad de la nada y según el temporal puedes estar expuesta a lluvia y viento durante casi 30 minutos esperando a que “pase el bus”, y en invierno en zonas bastante oscuras que podrían resultar peligrosas. Sin embargo con esa función se puede apurar unos minutos antes de ir a la parada a esperar.
NO SIRVE
No se puede ver frecuencias de líneas, tiempos en la parada…. No hace nada la app👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
