Bond touch not working

My bond touch bracelet is not connecting to the app

Please go to the bluetooth list on your device, and then remove the bond, attempt to link again, if the issue is the same please reach out the team!! thank you

App in the background

The fact that the app has to be open in the background consuming the phone battery is awfull

I am afraid it is not possible for the app to function without running in the back ground. If the app is not running there is no way for it to receive the touches from your partner and to then send the touch to your bracelet.
