High quality hardware, low quality software

Perfect sound, analogue connectivity is unique and works perfectly. Not having frequent software updates (last one 8m ago!) indicate that B&W don’t have an app dev department and don’t take it seriously, while the fact is that the Headphones app feels not even 50% complete, examples: Missing EQ, MIC volume adjustment (on my iPhone & laptop my conferences through Microsoft Teams are barely audible), overall BT pairing improvements, L & R channel stabilization, BT localize my earphones option, etc.

Missing of EQ

The product is great by itself but the EQ customisation is a MUST! I have seen you said the music apps have it but it is not true at all! The biggest music app in the world, Spotify doesn't have it! And not having that option in a 600$ headphone is not acceptable at all!

Waste of money, nonexistent and gimmick customer service

A big waste of my hard earned 400€ on a pair of headphones that is shoddily built and disgusting customer service. The responses to customers concerns hear says it all… Stay away if you are thinking of buying any headphones from B@W
