Hello, I wanted to tell you that I am deeply dissatisfied with your services. Last Saturday I bought a flight from Beijing-Myanmar, from December 17th to 25th booking ID: 1532785020 by mistake, as the website was blocked when I was going to proceed with the payment, after which I closed the computer, I went out for have dinner. In the same night, my husband bought the flight from his phone, with another company, similar dates. My surprise was when 2 or 3 days later I see that in my bank account there is a retained movement of Bravofly of 900 euros, after being shocked, I proceeded to the cancellation (with the corresponding penalty, approximately 300 euros), the automatic system tells me they will give me an answer in about 72 hours, they are processing my request. The next day I check it again, and find out that the collection has been carried out and the status of the flight is CONFIRMED!!!! You can imagine my indignation! , I didn’t find a way of contacting you, either way By phone or mail, you guys don’t have email or customer service phone. I've called a phone number 100 times where no one answers. It's very frustrating. Then, I re-request the cancellation of the flight from the Bravo Flight app, again the system tells me that they are processing my request (already have passed 4 days and still on request). Sichuan airlines says that they can not solve this and, for more exasperation, they do not have registered any flight either with my passport or with this booking (which leads me now to think that everything is a big scam!!) please , I demand an explanation and of course, a solution, NOW!

Hola, quería decirles que estoy profundamente insatisfecha con vuestro servicio. En primer lugar, no tengo forma de contactar con ustedes, por cualquier vía. No tienen ningún email o teléfono de atención al cliente. He llamado 100 veces a un teléfono en el que nadie responde. Es muy frustrante. El pasado sábado compré un vuelo de Pekín-Myanmar, booking ID: 1532785020 por error, pues la página web se quedó bloqueada cuando iba a hacer efectivo el pago, tras lo cual cerré el ordenador pues tuve que salir a una cena. Ese mismo día en la noche, mi marido compró el vuelo desde su teléfono, con otra compañía. Mi sorpresa fue cuando 2 o 3 días después veo que en mi cuanta bancaria hay un movimiento retenido de Bravofly de 900€, después de quedar en shock, procedí a la cancelación del mismo ( con la correspondiente penalización, aproximadamente 300€), el sistema automático me dice que me darán respuesta en unas 72h, que están procesando mi solicitud. Al día siguiente chequeo de nuevo, se ha hecho efectivo el cobro y el estado del vuelo es CONFIRMADO!!! Entonces busco, y No encuentro NINGÚN teléfono , email o cualquier otro medio de comunicación con atención al cliente, NADA! Vuelvo a solicitar la cancelación del vuelo desde la aplicación de Bravo Flight, de nuevo el sistema me dice que están procesando mi solicitud (de ésto ya hacen 4 días). En la compañía sichuan airlines me dicen que ellos no pueden solucionar esto y que, además, ellos no tienen registrado ningun vuelo ni con mi pasaporte ni con éste booking (lo cual me lleva ahora a pensar que todo es una gran estafa!!) por favor, exijo una explicación y por supuesto, una solución YA!
