Estuve en un hotel hace dos días y las fotos no se corresponden mucho con la habitación. Además olía a tabaco, y se supone que no se puede fumar; a eso le sumamos que en la habitación hacia muchísimo frío y no se podía regular la temperatura. Encima la ducha estaba un poco sucia. Por otro lado la cama era nefasta, ya que a día de hoy sigo teniendo dolores de espalda.
Y para terminar cuando realice la reserva me ponía que me harían un 10% de descuento por registrarme y cuando fui a pagar no me hicieron ninguno. Me he sentido un poco estafado. Mi experiencia mala.

Una App que funciona a la perfección y, aunque no hay muchos hoteles adheridos todavía, se han hecho un hueco para las personas que necesitan pagar lo justo por lo que utilizan. Su atención al cliente vía Twitter es 200% recomendable, tienen un gran equipo detrás.
