Ease of use heart rate variability (HRV) self-measurement with paced breathing guidance allows for an all important determination of resonant frequency to optimize individual HRV training.

The comparable HRV statistics allow users to observe graphed history trends and easily export your raw data files for post-analysis (i.e., Kubios). Individual HRV time and frequency domain measures can be an important component of personal health education and stress reduction.
