At CarmelBarre & The Park, working out is not considered a “chore” — a thing you check off your list and move along. We believe in a bigger picture of community, growth and learning. Because we are all a work in progress, an evolution that requires dedication, motivation, commitment and perseverance. We continue to show up, NO MATTER WHAT. Because we can’t do this alone.
