Online Central and the App

I’ve relocated to BKK and needed to order some stuff as I don’t have transportation yet. I’ve been having problems : waiting for refund of something that after paying and complaining about the delay they mentioned it’s out of stock-
Or things been delivered late
When I tried to keep track of everything with the app it doesn’t show up.

This app is so bad.. it’s embarrassing

Trying to make an order online.. payment failed. Trying to checkout with Cash on Deliver option, given that all the items in my basket have COD option.. but I am asked to pay with card anyway. This is ridiculous and so upsetting. The website and the app is really bad, your CTO really need to redesign the whole thing, CENTRAL is a big group, you can attract all the talents in the world and have funds to have a good experience.. how can it be so mediocre ???
