The app doesn’t show the times for the bus stops at each stop. It displays them as imminent all the time with estimates of 1-4 minutes even if it’s 40 minutes away. You need to check the schedules on the printed brochure you get on the first stop. The schedule on the web page (linked on the purchase confirmation) is from 3 years ago and is also not accurate. Also stop number 8 doesn’t appear on the app. This is for San Sebastian.
Update your process. Tickets should be printed with names on them so if the paper is lost the customer can get it reprinted. Having a mobile ticket is also another option. My mothers paper ticket was lost and she had to pay for another one. I am sure this happens frequently (lost, damaged tickets, etc). I understand a reprint with the current process allows for possible misuse but the process can be fixed easily to not put the burden on the customer. Customers give their name, credit card information, have your app, etc and in exchange are given a piece of paper only. Any other industry (airlines, trains, buses, etc) will reprint or look up traveler info and never make them repurchase. Your process is unacceptable.

No aparece en otras ciudades
En Tánger, los autobuses no cumplen los horarios, las paradas no se corresponden con la app no con los postes de la calle y al volver los autobuses van tan llenos que no paran. Hay que coger el autobús de ida y no bajarse al final. 😩
