This App can only be used with models Conga 3090, 3091 and 3092
If the model you have acquired is Conga 1390, all you have to do is download Conga S1390 App from App Store.

Fallo App
Desde hace una semana tengo la App bloqueada porque me sale una actualización del firmware del robot,se queda en actualizando siempre y no puedo usar la App. La he desinstalado y al iniciar sesión sigue igual. No se que pasa

Hola, extraiga la batería de la siguiente forma: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vM2QA5W1-ho , y vuelva a sincronizar el robot con la aplicación y se solventará su problema. Le recuerdo que debe tener siempre la aplicación del Conga actualizada en su última versión. Disculpe las molestias y disfrute de su Conga.
Actualización
Desde la ultima actualización del software del iPhone, no se puede abrir la App.

La app se crashea
Cuando vas a conectar el robot al wifi la app peta y no hay manera. He probado con un par de iPhones con el mismo resultado... La devolveré porqué no hace lo que dicen vender.

Hola.
El robot funciona en redes de 2,4 GHz porque tienen mayor alcance. Puede ver cómo utilizar fácilmente la App en el siguiente vídeo: https://youtu.be/bl4FOBfftXE. Tras conectar su robot puede volver a conectarse a la red 5G si lo desea.
