Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack will be planned out for you daily along with a handy shopping list for the week. You can choose to follow the plan “as is”, or easily replace any recipes you don’t want, for one you do want. There are hundreds of extra recipes in the app to replace with. You can also customize the plan to feed just you or your whole family.

The plan was designed to help with weight loss based on calorie range. But, you can customize the plan by upping or lowering the servings amount if you want to eat more/less calories.

The app has been designed to work great on both the iPhone and the iPad. There are 3 subscription plans available. Plans are: $9.99/month, $24.99/3 months or $39.99/6 months. Subscribe for 3 or 6 months & you'll be committing yourself to eating clean PLUS you save money!
