There are five main groups of foods that you need to eat during your day. They are: Fruits, Vegetables, Protein, Grains and Dairy. It is essential for you to eat the right quantity of each group food, but are you doing it right? If not, this app will help you

Let's say you just have eaten an apple. Go to fruits, choose "1 apple" and check how much more fruits you still have to eat today according to your profile Remember, good nutrition is mandatory if you want to be health in long-term.
