Description
With our mobile App you'll be able to follow the Garaulet Diet online. This option is dedicated to those who can't attend our nutrition centers for geography or time reasons, and who wish to lose weight by eating in a healthy way. You will have a nutritionist at your disposal who will monitor your diet. Each week, the nutritionist will review what you have eaten in order to help you improve your eating habits and achieve the target weight you aim for. All this through our mobile App.
This app makes use of Apple's HealthKit for importing steps from Apple's Health app.

No solo la app es completisima y funciona a la perfección sino que el método Garaulet es lo mejor q he visto. Te cambia la vida. Bravo!
MUY ÚTIL
La llevo utilizando desde finales de febrero de 2020 y me parece intuitiva y fácil de usar. Yo no la conocía, y me ha sorprendido como una estupenda opción para seguir el método Garaulet, aprendiendo a comer de forma adecuada con la mejor dieta, la mediterránea.

Esta aplicación recoge muchos datos para que puedan ver lo que realmente comes y puedan hacerte un buen seguimiento. Sus informes semanales son súper completos y su método Garaulet es muy efectivo, siempre y cuando se sigan sus recomendaciones y reuniones concertadas.
