Bad costumer service
The app it’s really good and easy to use, however I bought 2 tickets to museum of the future and when I arrive there they where already used. We contact the support and they didn’t said even sorry for that…… They gave us new tickets after 40 minutes waiting, this let us with only 1 hour 20 minutes to visit the museum instead of 2 hours that was the activity time and what we paid for, we just receive a message from the costumer service saying: you still have time. We end up going in a rush through the museum and couldn’t properly enjoy it….
