STORY

We decided to publish the interactive story Duskwood in episodes. Not to annoy you - quite the contrary! It was important to us that you could start right away, even though the game is not finished. While you're already searching for Hannah, solving puzzles and making decisions, we're working on the sequel.

HOW TO PLAY? DECISION GAMES, TEXT ADVENTURES, CYOA? WHAT IS THIS?
You are connected to your friends in Duskwood via chat messenger. This allows you to receive pictures, videos, voice messages and even phone calls. Your answers, choices and decisions influence what others reveal of themselves, whether they like you, and even change the course of the story. This type of role play game (rpg) is also called text adventure, cyoa, decision- or choice games. It belongs to the genre of interactive fiction.

¿Para cuando el capítulo 8?
La historia y el formato del juego está bien, y de los juegos de este tipo, conversación de chat, me gusta que se pueda personalizar y sea tu nombre el que aparezca, no sigues el rol de un personaje como en Sieben, pero eso de investigación y salvar a tus amigos de un asesino mejor lo dejamos como estrategia de venta, que eso lo hace muy bien este desarrollador. Lo mejor: chateas con un grupo de amigos imaginarios, que para solitarios sociópatas como yo está muy bien, pero les acabas teniendo cariño y el juego no está acabado, no tiene final y aquí estoy esperando que salga el capítulo 8. Lo malo: hasta el capítulo 6 la historia puede llegar a aburrirte porque va muy lenta y no aporta nada más que la charla con tus amigos imaginarios. Y lo peor: LOS ODIOSOS MINIJUEGOS, algunos no son muy sencillos y no siguen la lógica del típico conecta tres, los bloques van a su bola. Y por favor... ¿3 minijuegos cada dos conversaciones, en serio, era necesario?
Juegazo pero…
A veces los puzles se hacen pesados porque apenas avanzas y tienes que completar 3, no es muy dinámico. La historia merece la pena
