Impossible d’entrer dans l’App depuis hier et pas de réponse ou des temps d’attente énormes au téléphone

Consultation souvent aléatoire. Système peu efficient par rapport à la banque Sabadell.

Impossible de faire des vérifications de paiement sans lecteur de carte
Lorsque je veux signer un paiement, j’ai l’option de pouvoir signer via l’application mais cela ne fonctionne jamais. Je suis obligé d’utiliser le lecteur de carte. J’ai tout essayé. Changer de navigateur par défaut, réinstaller l’application,..
rien n’y fait.

Le blocage intervient-il sur le site internet qui ne vous redirige pas sur l'app ou sur l'app en elle-même ? Si elle provient sur le site il faudrait voir directement avec le commerçant, s'il intervient sur notre app je vous invite à vous rendre en agence afin que nous puissions vérifier cela avec vous.
