Is very good but I want more notes free please

Al principio todo bien con la app, pagué la version plus y de un dia para otro se me bloqueó. intentaba escribir y hacer mis apuntes pero no me deja y se me bloquea todo el rato, se queda parada y no te deja hacer nada más. Ruego contestación y una solución si es posible por favor. si no es posible y cabe la posibilidad de pedir el reembolso estaría satisfecha también,
