Estupenda revista

Si te gusta leer Empire, esta app es para ti. La revista de cine de referencia en UK (y en medio mundo), más barata que en papel, y de vez en cuando hacen ofertas especiales y los números salen a 1 ó 2 euros.

Magnífica

Saca un gran partido del iPad, excelente.

UPDATE: finally a restore subscription button has been added to this app! Now content bought from this app is synced with all I-devices on same iTunes id. My hash comments below have now somehow been tempered down.

I am deeply disappointed with the user experience this app provided.

Although I currently have a 6 months subscription I'm being billed for new editions of this magazine within my subscription period.
When asking for support from Bauer their support team simply points back to iTunes support.

So I open a ticket also with iTunes support and some Indian person from iTunes support points back to Bauer support.
Clearly no customer care from iTunes support team is being given here as I had already told them on the problem description Bauer support has advised me to get support from iTunes support. I wonder if they even read my problem description or if they even care...

So I decided to call apple support and after a whole lot of talking and almost 45 minutes on the phone apple decided to refund the money billed.

I am in the process of canceling the subscription also as it is not working and to avoid having ever to deal with this disgraceful support both from iTunes team and Bauer.
