Description
Equito is the first mobile app that allows anyone to invest in fractions of Real Estate properties for 100€. Buy tokens, receive monthly rents on the app.
We enable users over the age of 18 to invest from anywhere in the world, giving access to rental investment opportunities and receive monthly rents. Our mission is to democratise access to real estate investment opportunities for everyone.
It takes only 4 steps to invest in Equito tokens:
1. Download Equito App on iOS
2. Complete your identity verification (it should take 1 minute)
3. Choose the property you want to invest in
4. Complete your investment by credit card or bank transfer
Since the first month the property you invested in is rented, we distribute rents directly on the app. You are free to cash-out your rents whenever you wish, starting from 2€.
You can expect 2 types of returns:
- Rents: Expected return between 4% and 10% per year
- Added value: Expected return of 1% to 5% per year
Be aware that several criteria can affect up or down the profitability as leverage, renovations and the real-estate market trend.
We analyze and choose properties depending on the estimated profitability that we can get. Some of the criteria we analyze are: attractivity of the area, rent potential, technical installations of the property, yearly taxes, potential value increase, renovation needs in the next years.

Buena aplicación para empezar a invertir.
Esta muy bien como idea pero tampoco se puede invertir poco dinero y esperar muchas ganancias debido a que este tipo de inversiones son a largo plazo. Recomiendo buscar un trabajo extra temporal que no requiera de mucho esfuerzo e invertirlo aquí ya que con 100€ no recibiréis mucho pero si invertís más generaréis algo más aceptable todos los meses. Si queréis ganar de 10 a 300€ solo añadir este código cuando invirtáis AC7715.
Experiencia increíble
Os cuento mi experiencia y valoración personal con la herramienta y tras ello, al final, os dejo el código de referidos para que ganemos los dos en caso de que empecéis en la herramienta.
Es la primera vez que invierto de manera constante en una herramienta y en un tipo de negocio así. En lo personal la idea ME FLIPA. Tokenizar (dividir) un inmueble y ganar rentas por ello sin tener que descapitalizarte y con una inversión mínima de 100€ es espectacular. Obviamente, como cualquier inversión y eso hay que recalcar es al largo plazo.
No te vas a hacer rico, ni vas a conseguir rentas suficientes recurrentes para complementar un sueldo invirtiendo 100€ al mes pero al largo plazo todo suma. Obviamente, si tienes capacidad de invertir 300€ al mes, llegarás antes al objetivo de "libertad financiera" o "sueldo complementario".
La plataforma funciona muy bien y he de decir que son todo transparentes. Recientemente ha habido un problema con EQT-0008 y en un momento han devuelto la inversión íntegra y añadido un nuevo inmueble EQT-0013 con acceso prioritario. Mi objetivo personal es tener un sueldo complementario sin necesidad de buscar yo un inmueble, gestionarlo y todas las tareas que conlleva. Invierto 100€ mensuales, cantidad pequeña, pero mi objetivo es el largo plazo.
En definitiva, 5/5 a la app y al equipo de este proyecto en el que confío que sigan muchos años para democratizar el acceso a este tipo de inversiones. Os dejo mi código de referidos para que podáis usarlo y sea esto un win-win.
