Si quieres resultados es tu app

Desde hace algo menos de un año estaba yendo con frecuencia al gimnasio pero sin una rutina muy definida. Los primeros 4-5 meses apenas obtuve resultados, desde que empecé a usar fitbod, voy 4 días a la semana, motivado, con workouts diferentes cada día y calibrados a mis necesidades (incrementar masa muscular) en los últimos 4 meses he aumentado 5kg mi peso.

Nice but with bugs

Every time I’m doing a workout and I want to log an exercise is swiching me to the next exercise It’s quite annoying.

Great app, here some ideas

**** after last watch update I don’t get notifications on my watch when the rest time is up***
I love the app. Couple of things I’d like to see added:
- when I see the previous weights I lifted I get confused as it combines what I did as a single exercise and what I did in superset. For example, if I do triceps on superset, I end up doing less reps or weight than when doing just that exercise at a time. It should show in the history of the exercise an icon or something that highlight that weight & reps were done as part of a superset.
- add a custom workout (some days I feel like not following a plan, or I join a group workout, would be nice to register it)

If you performed a workout outside of the app, you can log it in as a Past Workout by going to the Log tab > tap the "+" icon to the right of "Past Workouts" and then input all the details.
