Flip (formerly Flipgrid) is a free app from Microsoft where educators can create safe groups for students to engage in curriculum using short video, text, and audio messages. Educators can control who is invited to their Flip groups and what they can see, and 84 percent of educators who use Flip say their students are more engaged in the learning experience!

Gran aplicación para tareas orales
Esta aplicación o su servicio en la web es verdaderamente útil en la educación en general, y en la etapa de E. Primaria en particular, etapa en la cual soy docente. Nos permitirá hacer tarea orales y hacer que el alumnado exponga, argumente, exponga... sus tareas. Si somos creativos se puede aplicar en cualquier área: recitar poemas, explicar cómo resolver un problema, discutir sobre una temática social... cualquier cosa es posible. Muy recomendada.

Mi profe quiere que use esta app pero yo no la usare
Privacidad de cada alumno
Flip no da la opción de que al enviar los vídeos en cada tarea (topic) los alumnos los envíen como ocultos (hidden) para que solo los vea el profesor, de modo que cuando un alumno sube un vídeo, si un compañero entra después puede verlo. El profesor tendría que estar pendiente para ocultarlo manualmente, lo cual es una incomodidad muy importante para el docente.
