My plant started dyeing

I had this plant for 1,5 years and it’s been green and alive and beautiful. As soon as I installed the fyta and started relying on its data, plant went yellow and almost dead… I enter the app it just said the data was updated 11 days ago… i feel like it has to update more often or smth… I should have rely on my own instinct, not the app… very dissatisfied

We are sorry about your problems.
The data of the sensor has to be synchronised regularly. If you don't use automatic features of the FYTA hub, than you have to use the app to do so. Open the app nearby the sensor and sync the data. If no data is synced, the app don't now about the state of your plant. There is no background synchronisation of the app, due to the type of bluetooth connection of the sensor.
