Son unos timadores!!
Anoche hicimos un pedido para cenar, en Valencia. Y después de esperar casi 1 hora, llamamos al restaurante y nos dicen que el pedido ya había salido. Miramos en la app de glovo y nos pone "pedido cancelado"!! El repartidor había llegado a las oficinas, ni ha llamado al telefonillo ni por teléfono, y se ha dado media vuelta argumentando: "que había una puerta cerrada".... En glovo nos dicen que no es culpa suya, y al final nos quedamos sin cena y encima nos lo cobran!! Una panda de timadores es lo que son

Mala atención al cliente
Nos sirvieron un producto mal y glovo no devolvió el dinero como si hacen otras apps del mismo tipo. Esto es imperdonable, no podemos reclamar a nadie y solo te envían un “lo siento mejoraremos”

Nunca recomendaria la app
Hicimos un pedido a través de la aplicación de 3 hamburguesas. Por un error en el funcionamiento de la app nos enviaron DOS PEDIDOS IDÉNTICOS. Acepté uno de los pedidos y el otro lo rechacé llevandose el glover las hamburguesas.
Inmediatamente escribí a atención al cliente para comunicar la incidencia y rechazé el cobro del segundo pedido.
Tras un largo intercambio de correos, se niegan a invalidar el pedido y van a cobrarme unas hamburguesas que no he consumido. No me han ofrecido ninguna alternativa o solucion.
Por ello me he dado de baja en su app y NO RECOMIENDO SUS SERVICIOS. Se echa de menos las empresas que saben cuidar de sus clientes que obran de buena fe cuando se producen errores de este tipo.
