One star for dreadful customer care. Why must iPad digital subscribers see the magazine on the shelves for weeks/months before we get to see the digital edition? GQ US is like clockwork. On time, every time. GQ UK make Royal Mail look lie a speed-of-light service. I think of NO valid reason why I have to wait weeks and weeks to see something I can buy in WH Smith today. Maybe that's it - they'd like me to buy their product twice. Really bad way to treat paying customers!
