Pausa de la suscripción no fiable
Pausé la suscripción (pues estamos en cuarentena) y para darla de baja me han cobrado un mes más que yo en ningún momento quería.
No me lo reembolsan y evidentemente sólo pueden ofrecer clases online, q no es por lo que yo pagaba
An increase of 100€/mo. Not a chance.
I had Andjoy on an enterprise plan, and was happy on it. Now Gympass (who bought Andjoy) is discontinuing it and trying to charge literally 3x more for the same activities. No way.

The reason for the difference between the AJ and Gympass plans is that the AJ plans were not adapted in some cases to the reality of the market and the sustainability that this represents for our partners and collaborators. For this reason, we have proceeded to adapt the plans in order to offer a better service for all parties involved.
Gympass offers the most complete and extensive network of gyms that exists nationwide and grants you access to all gyms in your plan as well as our online services, for more details please do not hesitate to reach out through our support channels :)
