No puedo actualizar el firmware
Al abrir la app me dice que hay una actualización para mi Sprocket Select pero siempre falla la instalación.
Duplicadas y banda blanca…
Tras la actualización de septiembre de 2024 me salen las fotos duplicadas y con una banda blanca horizontal en uno de los bordes cortos, como le ocurría a mucha gente, hace mucho tiempo…🤦♂️

Muy decepcionada
Me lo compré con muchas ganas, pero te cambia los tamaños de lo que imprimes, pues recorta la imagen y no sale entera como tú quieres. La app en el m´ñovil no me va, así que tengo que hacerlo desde la tablet. Además, no te deja manejar bien el collage (depende del móvil). Ojalá me devolvieran el dinero.
