No puedo actualizar el firmware
Al abrir la app me dice que hay una actualización para mi Sprocket Select pero siempre falla la instalación.
Basura
No puedo creer que esto sea una app oficial de HP. En ésta última versión (la primera vez que la uso) las fotos a menudo se imprimen dos veces. No se puede parar la impresión de ninguna manera, ni apagar el cacharro incluso aunque no haya empezado a imprimir, y además en la app se bloquea la pantalla con la cola de impresión y hay que resetearla porque no reacciona. También me gasté el dinero en el papel precortado… con toda la ilusión, y por increíble que parezca, la proporción del precortado y la de la impresión son diferentes, por lo que siempre sale el sticker de arriba incompleto. Es que no hacen un mínimo de control de calidad en sus productos? Cómo pueden tener tantos errores de funcionamiento básico? Me compré el trasto por las buenas reviews en Amazon… y ahora entiendo que deben ser compradas.

No conecta
No soy capaz de conectar el iPhone 13 Pro con la impresora. Cuando en el bluetooth la seleccionó me aparece un mensaje de apple diciendo que el accesorio no es compatible…
