MEET THE STAFF & TROOPS BASIC NEEDS:
Staff and troops have indicators of personal qualities that you should administer to avoid desertion plans. Upgrade their Emotion Buildings, or add better beds and increase their comfort; buy some bookshelves, build a pool, or install some firework to keep them entertained; spend your profits in have a better Sauna and better Eatery so you will have well-nourished men; keep the warrior mining Elixir to maintain wealthy resource.
