iLearn is a new-age learning platform from Blue Star that gives any learner access to the offerings of Blue Star Talent Management through the two academies of Blue Star -Academy for Leadership Development (ALD) & Academy for Technical & Functional Excellence (ATFE).
Learners get direct access to digital learning and provide a continuous access to courses and resources on any device. It also provides learning through social/informal networks, collaboration, sharing and learning with other associated learners.
