- Added Rower avatars and animation,
Users can now select for 1 of 6 rower avatars to be place inside the rowing boat,
the avatars are full animated and syncrenised to the users strokes per min
- Added voice chat to "Row with friends" events, allowing users to chat directly in app with there peers.

Changes
- Changed date of birth to be optinal on sign up and allowed partial DoB's
- Deprecated ImersU Companion app device conectivity.
- Improved user account page layout to accomadate avatars.
- Changed name tags to be displayed on multi monitor set up's via OWL/NDI.
- Replaced & improved the stat collection & projection systems, for better precision.
We now only start collecting stats once the users starts rowing (rather than when the countdown timer reaches 0)
This helps to prevent stats become skewered by the delay in Bluethooth/BLE packets.
- Changed stats summary at the end of events, to include break/pause/rest intervals.
- Changed stats HUD to a minamlistic design.
- Improved in-event settings auto hide funcationality.
- Enabled leaderboard in all "Row with friends" event types, and
- while in in "Row with friends" we changed the 500/split to distance delta.

Fixes
- Fixed several typos
- Fixed a case that would cause the local users to be assigned to an incorrect network endpoint.
- Fixed back button being partialy blocked in the event configeration menu.
- Fixed a case that would cause event user list to be appended to the bottom of the pannel rather the middle.
- Fixed resume button being displayed once a users had completed an event/race.
- Fixed a case that would prevent event stats (such as weather, map, time) from being submited.
