Subscribed in the web via google and no access to the app

I subscribed to Inc. in the web, logging in with Google, but in the app you cannot log in with Google. The other vias: adress, zip, etc. do not work. Very bad user experience on my first days. You are really losing customers here. Good job!?

App not working, again

I have correctly subscribed via iTunes. The App is not working. I called FastCompany last Friday and the person that responded was not even aware of the App.
