- We have simplified the process of acknowledging escalations directly from the Home tab in the app. If you have a single escalation that needs your attention, you can acknowledge it with a single tap right from the Home tab. If there are multiple escalations, you can acknowledge them as a group and optionally set auto-acknowledge mode for a few minutes.
- We have resolved an issue where dismissing the auto-acknowledge bottom sheet unintentionally closed the escalations view in the background.
- If you are quick to acknowledge a page and we haven't created a Slack channel for the incident yet, you'll now see a new loading placeholder while you wait.

We are currently focusing on bringing schedules to the app. Stay tuned for further updates.
