Love but can improve

Hi! I love the app, the concept and how easy it is to find what you want. Things that in my opinion could improve are:
-Add lock to voice notes so you can send them hands free
-Sometimes conversations don’t appear when you click on the message (white screen) can be solved by closing and opening the app again
-The website! It’s not ugly but it feels very very old
-Folders or tags for conversations, so you can find the one you want easier

I use an iPhone 8 plus!

Awful Terms of service and Policy

They told me that I had violated the terms of service which is false, they deleted my account as they have done other times without warning because they thought it was a fake account and I proved with a picture of my ID and a picture of me with my email name that my account was real. They still did not reactivate my account. They are not a serious company and are not professional. Sometimes they delete accounts of people who have done nothing wrong, and what is most infuriating is that they do it without warning instead of completing a security requirements form or something and this app instead lets people who are doing wrong remain active for a long time...
