What is TABATA?
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training workout with alternating sets of intense exercise and short rest periods. A typical Tabata workout consists of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds.

Resulta que en la App Store tenemos una app de intervalos, GRATUITA, bien hecha, con muchísimas funciones que ni otras de pago y compatible al 100% con Apple Watch...
Impresionante. Esto demuestra el carácter benévolo y altruista de algunos desarrolladores.

Brilliant App!

Very useful, only miss to still playing my music when using it. Music stops when the app make a sound. Hope the developer fix it in the next versions.
