De que se quejan las empresas

Hay comentarios de que no vale para contratar y yo digo todo lo contrario, ni te escriben las empresas, ni te leen la candidatura. Pocas usan el chat, que es lo interesante de esta app.

Hola. Las empresas suelen recibir muchas solicitudes y no siempre pueden contactar con todos los inscritos. Después de inscribirte en una oferta, puedes escribir directamente al empleador a través del chat. ¡Demuéstrale tu motivación! Así podrá ver tu mensaje aunque tu solicitud caduque. ¿Podrías comentarnos un poco más sobre qué te te generó este descontento? Para contratar no vale

En principio parecía super práctica
pero en realidad es un fiasco...He intentado en varias ocasiones contratar gente para mi empresa por este medio, pero aunque la comunicación es rápida luego no se presenta nadie a las entrevistas y cuando preguntas por el chat porque no han venido hay veces que hasta te insultan.En esta semana había formalizado hasta 10 entrevistas y he hecho 0, no ha venido nadie...y ya me ha pasado al menos 50 ó 60 veces en los últimos 2 meses.Sería una aplicación perfecta si se pudiera penalizar o reportar a aquellos que no vayan a las entrevistas y te hagan perder el tiempo.No la voy a utilizar mas, al final tendrán mucha gente buscando trabajo y ninguna empresa contratadora.

Estafa

Me parece de vergüenza, que con la precariedad que hay ahora mismo en el pais, y con la situación que estamos pasando
Tener que pagar 5 euros para poder mandar más de un mensaje a las empresas
Encima, la propia app te dice que si no eres premium, tus mensajes siempre estarán bajo del todo
Pero de que vais? Encima que la gente está sin un duro, cobráis por buscar trabajo? Y como lo pago si no tengo un duro? Me lo pagáis vosotros ?
