WANT SIGN AND CAN’T GET !!

My Kabbalistic Calendar doesn’t work for 2 years! I used have it for several years, but the last ones I can not get my yearly subscription like I always have done cause gives me error!I sent a lot of emails and you answer me, but nothing well done!
Could you help me for a once please!? Thanks
