Usar SD local cada vez peor o imposible.
No sé si lo hacen adrede pero hace unos meses iba perfecta la app grabando en SD, movías el vídeo, consultabas… con la reciente actualización te mandan continuos mensajes de que uses SU nube que es de pago pero lo malo es que ya no consigo ver los vídeos guardados en la SD local ni haciendo scroll me sale el vídeo. Sospechoso y mal. Decepcionado.
Terrible
Terrible customer support. The camera stopped working after an update one and a half years after purchase. After a long silence, the support team responded, saying they would send me a new camera, which never happened. It's been over 10 months since then, and the support team kept saying, "Sorry for the delay, the camera will be sent soon," but it never was. In the end, they claimed the camera was bought over 2 years ago and is not covered by warranty. They kept me waiting, assuring me a new camera would be sent after the warranty period passed for 10 months. It's a nightmare, don't buy these products. Don't expect any help.
