Kickstarter is such a good app because it helped projects that don’t have that much money and make their awesome project see the light of day.

The wast majority of backed projects from iOS app were scammers. 8 of the 12 scams KS that were made from the iOS app are not responding at all, 2 of these projects are even posting updates that they have to replace some components for 5th time and without any estimate for the next decade.Customer support will try to make you wait until there would be reached refund timeline duration of 120 days from the estimated delivery date, and with missing customer protection, this is heaven for fraud and scammers. It is even far away from 2 weeks protection by ApplePay, and they know it.There is no GDPR protection at all, all of these criminals are having all of your information, and can charge your credit cards multiple times by sending emails that this was charged for delivery or import tax, but in the end, no one will send you the paid items. Even if they would send, you have to pay import tax and duty, because import declaration from the manufacturer was made wrong with language that is not supported by the EU customs.Besides that, please never buy add-ons!I haven't received it in the amount I paid for 3 projects. In the end, you will spend 4-5 weeks on email communication with the project and they would ask to pay an extra $30 in addition to import tax.I am highly disappointed with KS as SuperBacker. I haven't received any customer protection from the Kickstarter customer support at all. They just keep answering using their templates, and I am more than sure that they would use one for answering this review.Kickstarter is protecting scammers, supporting fraud, exposing your data to criminals and terrorists from Asia and Africa.I don't believe that Apple inc. can somehow protect me.I am going to delete this fraud application.Thank you for a great experience!I have zero trust in paying for something online since I have realized how huge this KS scam is.

2 times funding projects and NO products received. Both times trying to have a refund, one works but losing money and the second one without receiving product or refund. Kickstarter doesn’t take responsibility of anything and no support from them.
