Viajo con esta compañía por los precios que tienen pero si la diferencia es poco ni me lo planteo….la aplicación es horrorosa y si tienes algún problema es casi imposible contactar con ellos
Mejoren urgentemente la experiencia de usuario
El proceso para realizar el check-in es tremendamente engorroso. Ejemplo, por qué es necesario incluir un email de administrador del viaje, con el pain point añadido de que no se puede cambiar, y luego se pide el email de nuevo cada poco para realizar cualquier operación? Menús confusos, clicks innecesarios…. Un desastre. Revísenlo por favor.

Site não funciona, App igual atendimento telefônico o atendente parecia que estava morrendo e não resolveu nada, tripulação de bordo normalmente Top atendimento WhatsApp tb não funciona, enfim lamentável para uma companhia como Latam
