Hay veces que no se conecta, queda colgado. Mi IPhone 12 Pro Max no debe de ser de todo compatible. Deben de mejorar esto y le daré las 5 estrellas.

Hola, lamentamos saber que tiene problemas con su conexión. Asegúrese de que tanto su PC como su dispositivo móvil estén conectados a la misma red Wi-Fi, estén conectados entre sí a través de Bluetooth y actualice ambas aplicaciones, es decir, Link To Windows y Phone Link a las últimas versiones. Falta Windows 10
Antes funcionaba con windows 10…
Ahora te obliga a instalar la basura del 11 en tu pc para seguir utilizando la sincronización… en fin 1 estrella y por que no deja poner menos
