Life changing app and program

This app and program is amazing. I came into it the first few weeks thinking ‘this isn’t working, my baby is different’. I was wrong. Stick with it and with their advice and you will have a baby that sleeps well. We started at 2-3 months and within a month my baby was sleeping his naps well and on his own. By 6 months he was sleeping right through the night and has ever since. Life changing.

Not suitable for a newborn (0 to 3 months)

My baby was just about 2 months old when I purchased the program. The awake windows and advice given for this age in the program is definitely not suitable - a newborn, mine but also hearing from other moms can’t make 2h awake time. It completely messed up his sleeping - he would cry before every nap just because I would stretch his awake time way to much.

The awake times are the MAX time that your baby could be awake for that age group, if your baby needs to go to sleep before that time. That is totally ok :)
