LST Fitness is a school-based workout application developed by Assembly of God Leung Sing Tak Primary School. It is a workout competition designed by the teachers at school. With the motion tracking technology and your electrical device, you can join the workout competition designed by your teachers!

All students and their families are involved in the in-class competition, interclass competition and even the family competition! Students are allowed to compete with their friends via LST Fitness. Fight for the throne or get your prize with your sweat and effort!

With the use of LST Fitness, you can review your improvement and results in daily PE lessons clearly. The tests focus cardio, muscle strength, tolerance of muscle flexibility and body composition, etc. ….
Push your limit, Challenge yourself
You can accumulate your scores, challenge and improve yourselves in the ‘Milestone Section’ in LST Fitness. When you reach the target score, you can receive a badge and scores in the Pointant App! Don’t limit yourself and go beyond the limits!
