Mars & Astrology and More 9+

The app has Natal, Synastry and Transit Chart Wheels, Transit times and printed data. There are personal planet sign readings using the ghost writings of Crowley. There are choices of orbs, bodies to show and House Systems plus sidereal option. Minor aspect transit times can be shown. There is Mars and Venus themed art over the centuries that updates daily, Mars rover photos, plus the astronomy picture of the day.

The Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars readings use material by Evangeline Adams with ghost writer Aleister Crowley for any date from a classic 1930 work, Your Place in the Stars. There is also a charts tab. More on that below.

Mars rover photos on the Space Tab update daily with five pictures from each rover each day and at top of Space tab is an option to see the Astronomy Picture of the Day.

On the chart tab there are choices of Planets now or a Natal Chart as well as the selected person’s Transits for any date/time. Both transits listed by orbs, a transit wheel, and an options to see transits by time of day are given. The date picker defaults to the present to make it easiest to get a persons current transits. A synastry chart option is available too. The names of people or charts entered display on right side of chart room and just click to move between them. The aspects now or for a person entered can also be given.

There is a choice in Chart Settings of Wide, Medium or Narrow orbs for Aspects, Synastry and Transits - separate for each. There is an option to see Minor Aspects but not currently on the Wheel Charts. When transits are shown, there is a button to list the transit times of day in local time for that date choice. If location data, users can pick from a list of birth cites, and an exact time are given for a birth entry, Houses can be shown with choice of system including Placidus, Whole and Equal. There is also a Planets tab to get the Planets and Aspects on any date/time without creating a birth entry as well as mundane info. All chart data is saved only locally on the device and is deleted if app uninstalls.

If a user goes into chart settings and changes bodies to show or changes minor aspects on or not, all charts in the Chart and Planets Tab will update allowing the user to filter up or down on the existing charts they are working with.

Charts are given in text and chart wheels. There’s a choice of planetary bodies to show in Chart Settings as well as house system to use including quadrant and non quadrant. Bodies to show to set on and off include the planets through Pluto, six comets, and North and South Node as well as the MC and ASC. There is a toggle for Tropical on or off - off is sidereal and a choice of sidereal system will appear: Lahiri, Fagan-Bradley, and Raman. There is a resources view to help people learn more about the information in the chart room who are newer to Astrology.

On the Planet's tab there is a mundane option to show Planetary and Lunar transit times of day, when planets change sign, and move between days. This uses the user's bodies to show choices and will include minor aspect times as well if they are enabled in Chart Settings. On Chart tab when transit times are shown, the mundane information is shown below the transits times for that person on that day. A city can also be added on the planets tab to easily see sky now.

The Art tab features five pictures a day each of Mars and Venus themed art spanning centuries from classical to impressionists from a famous New York museum which has put them in public domain. Users can save images they like to their library. All image data, including Space daily images, is saved in jpeg format to reduce space.
