Escribo a “soporte de la app” y no recibo respuesta
He gastado más de 60 € en libros y ahora no aparecen en la app. No obtengo respuesta de los desarrolladores, a pesar de que he proporcionado todos los datos de las compras. Me sorprende la falta de ética y el nulo servicio al cliente de esta empresa. No recomiendo en absoluto esta app por este motivo.

I have spent more than 60€ on books, and now they do not appear in my account. I don’t get a response from the developers, even though I have provided all the purchase data. I am surprised at the lack of ethics and the zero customer Service of this company. I do not recommend this app at all for this reason.
No consigo abrir ningun libro
He compraro 19 libros. Cuando los compre se podian leer sin problemas pero ahora no consigo abrir ninguno de ellos. Me pueden ayudar?
Great app that comes with a great support
I experienced a little bug but with an update and the help from Mike, the app developer, everything went back to work very well. I got a couple of free books in return: thanks again!
