Mercadona’s app gives you access to online shopping in your usual supermarket. If you are within the postal codes where the service is already available, you may shop anywhere from your iPhone or iPad, fast and easy. This app allows you to see the detailed products, add them to your cart, review old orders, modify your cart depending on your needs and purchase your usual products without needing lists.
Among other advantages, the new online shopping service offers:
- Extended delivery schedule from 7:00 to 22:00, Monday through Saturday*.
- 1 or 2 hour time slots* for delivery so that your waiting time is minimized.
- Maximum quality and freshness guarantee because our 3-temperature delivery vehicles.
- Mercadona employees, who know best how to handle your products, prepare and deliver your order from the centre.
- High quality product photos.
- Check nutritional information, ingredients and allergens on the product images thanks to the zoom feature.
- Personalised attention through chat with customer services from 7:00 to 22:30 Monday through Saturday, as well as through the free Mercadona Customer Service number 800 500 220.

Sería mucho más útil si permitiera hacer una lista de la compra para poder utilizarla también para ir al supermercado físico

No detecta el municipio como comprar online aunque si lo hagan en tu localidad
En mi localidad se puede hacer la comprar online en Mercadona y te la llevan a casa desde la pagina web.
Entonces... Para que sirve esta app si no funciona o no detecta tu municipio como uno en los que se hace reparto online ???

¡Hola! No lo detectará porque sólo está disponible, por el momento, en Valencia, Barcelona y Madrid. Mientras llegamos a tu ciudad con la app o la nueva web, puedes seguir tramitando tus pedidos online a través de la web clásica. ¡Esperamos poder llegar pronto a tu zona! ¡Saludos!
Debe estar bien eso de vivir en el siglo XX
Tienen una web cochambrosa para la compra online y lanzan una app que solo sirve en una ciudad y no entera... Debe estar bien vivir en el siglo pasado. Yo empezaría a preguntarme si no va a ser Amazon capaz de ponerse al día con su supermercado antes de que vosotros dominéis el html.
