Cant open app
This game is extremely fun for me as I like it when I need to pass time, but recently I haven’t been able to open it. Every time I enter the app it leaves me at the loading screen on 27%, I’ve left it for hours and it won’t move from that number. This makes me quite sad since I do like the game.
I’ve followed you advice and rebooted my phone and I’ve also changed network but it’s still not opening. I’ve updated it and it’s changed to 22% now. Regarding sending an email with a video how do I do it if I can’t get into the app to contact you? Is there another way to do it?

If the problem persists, please try sending an email from within the game (click on "Settings" -> "Contact Us" button). If possible, please include screenshots or screen recordings, and do not delete the standard device information. This is very helpful for us to find and solve problems, thank you for your support!

Don’t waste your time or money
You’re not gonna be able to play for free without getting frustrated. It’s made to be absolutely frustrating with long waiting times that you can speed up with gems , they have lots of offers going on at the same time, some cheaper some more expensive, but none of them are truly worth it.
These kinda games bleed your wallet dry! Just stay away.
I was recently playing another game that also has gems in it, but guess what? They give you gems for free so much that it doesn’t get frustrating. But this one? It gets frustrating real fast, once they hook you in, in 20 minutes they’ll have you wanting to spend money, it’s too much. I gotta say it could have been a fun game, but it’s more like a money making machine, like most mobile games nowadays.
For the developers : Goodbye, enjoy a sweet Margarita on my behalf, and make it a fancy one, I know you can afford it ;)
